Position Summary

The State Program Manager for Gujarat will lead the implementation of the SwiftSchool program across 550+ schools in Ahmedabad and Navsari districts , under the Bharat EdTech Initiative (BEI) . This role is responsible for ensuring seamless adoption of SwiftPAL, SwiftClass, SwiftChat, and our suite of AI-enabled learning bots while driving strong program outcomes on the ground.

The State Program Manager will oversee district-level execution, manage and mentor implementation teams, strengthen field operations, and ensure meaningful learning impact. As and when ConveGenius expands its footprint, this role will also be responsible for scaling interventions to additional districts across Gujarat , supporting both program delivery and strategic business expansion.
