SuperMoney team has been working in stealth to revolutionize the $500bn fintech landscape with an exciting digital lending play. We are all set to take off now and have our eyes set to become the largest lending platform in the next 24 months.

You will get to solve some interesting problems right away :
- Embedded credit : Build a digital lending marketplace with focus on expanding access and availability of consumption credit. Focus would be ease of integrations between Digital Lending Apps (DLAs), lenders (Banks & NBFCs) and Loan Service Providers platforms.
- Consumption credit : Be at the forefront of digital lending innovations in the country by building products on the India Stack (UPI, Aadhaar, AA OCEN, etc). Credit on UPI will be our first product here.
What you’ll do :
Develop, pilot, and scale a full-funnel performance marketing strategy designed to maximize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency, increase brand awareness, and optimize conversion rate through the entire user journey.Execute and manage end-to-end acquisition and retention campaigns across key paid media channels, including Google Ads (UAC / App Campaigns), Meta (Facebook / Instagram), DSPs (Programmatic), Affiliate networks, and strategic partnerships.Rigorously manage and forecast marketing spend to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), ensuring optimal cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and customer lifetime value (LTV).Drive cross-functional collaboration with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance marketing technology stack and scale channel performance through improved data infrastructure and attribution modeling.Establish and execute a continuous experimentation roadmap focused on A / B testing key variables (e.g., audience segmentation, advanced bidding algorithms, ad placement optimization) to unlock incremental performance gains.Proactively research, vet, and launch emerging paid media platforms to diversify the acquisition portfolio and drive scalable, profitable new customer growth.Oversee and analyze campaign performance metrics, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders on overall effectiveness.Own and automate the reporting infrastructure, maintaining and publishing detailed channel, cohort, and campaign-level performance dashboards to track ROI and LTV accurately.Lead the ad creative strategy and optimization cycle by collaborating with Design, Brand, and external agencies (3P) to produce high-impact, iterative creative assets that boost engagement and drive conversion rates.What you’ll need :
3+ years experience across Performance Marketing, Google & Facebook Ad platform, Affiliates, MMP (Eg. Branch or Appsflyer), or marketing roles with a very good grasp on analytics, customer understanding & content.Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of driving growth at scale;Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure impact / ROI; critical thinker with problem solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders Marketing, Business, Analytics, Product, Tech etc.Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Proven experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWhy work with us?
