About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to lead and work brand-
building initiatives and drive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of consumer behavior, brand
positioning, market research, and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy s Positioning :
Develop and execute brand strategies to build equity, awareness, and preference in
the market.
Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Marketing Campaigns :
Plan and manage end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL C digital).
Work closely with creative, media, and activation agencies to develop effective
campaigns.
Digital s Social Media :
Drive the brand's digital presence through performance marketing, influencer
collaboration, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize reach and impact.
Market Analysis s Insights :
Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Use data to inform product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work with sales, product, and design teams to align brand objectives with business
goals.
Coordinate with regional teams to implement localized campaigns.
Brand Performance Tracking :
Track brand health metrics and ROI of marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for leadership.
