Revenue Manager

dhi hospitality is hiring a Revenue Manager who can think commercially, analyse sharply, and manage hotels independently. You’ll run the revenue engine for a portfolio of properties and shape pricing, distribution, and forecasting decisions that directly influence profitability. The role needs clear thinking, confidence with data, and a strong grasp of how hotel demand behaves across markets and channels.
What you’ll own
- Full revenue strategy for assigned hotels, covering forecasting, pricing, segmentation, and performance reviews.
- Daily commercial decisions on rates, channel mix, inventory allocation, and demand shifts.
- Distribution management across Booking, Expedia, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and other key dynamic partners.
- OTA ranking optimisation and strong relationships with market managers.
- Clear, data-backed business cases for pricing actions and strategy changes.
- Stakeholder alignment with owners, GMs, sales teams, and commercial leaders.
- Clean execution of the tech stack across PMS, RMS, and Channel Manager, ensuring no leakage and full availability.
- Competitive benchmarking using Lighthouse, Fornova, CoStar, and other market intelligence tools.
- Scenario modelling, forecasting accuracy, and weekly / monthly reporting.
- A sharp focus on total hotel revenue, not just rooms, ensuring all commercial levers work together.
What you’ll bring
Minimum 4 years of dedicated hotel revenue management experience, ideally multi-property or cluster level.Experience with global brands such as Accor, Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, or IHG, or strong management companies.Hands-on expertise with SynXis, Opera, Duetto or IDeaS, Lighthouse, Fornova, CoStar, and leading channel managers.Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability, including modelling and scenario planning.Clear understanding of cost of acquisition, demand flow, and channel economics.Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and maintain a clean distribution setup.Strong communication skills with the confidence to present strategies to senior stakeholders.Organised, proactive working style with the ability to manage multiple hotels without supervision.Curiosity, hunger to learn, and a genuine interest in improving hotel profitability.Bonus points for
Experience managing both city and resort markets.Strong command of total revenue management concepts.Exposure to pre-opening pricing and distribution setup.Experience working with multi-property portfolios or owners’ representation teams.A track record of improving RevPAR and RGI in competitive markets.How to apply
