Job descriptionExecute recruiter acquisition marketing through LinkedIn Ads, Google PPC, and performance marketing . Develop high-impact content & case studies showcasing Beep’s recruiter success stories. Build and nurture a community of hiring managers, recruiters, and HR professionals . Set up partnerships with ATS platforms (Zoho, Greenhouse, etc.) for seamless hiring integrations. Plan and execute hiring webinars, recruiter networking events, and exclusive hiring fairs to bring in high-intent clients. Build and manage a team of 5+ Sales & Account Managers to drive recruitment sales. Ensure seamless recruiter onboarding, account management, and upsell strategies . Optimize the B2B sales funnel from lead generation → onboarding → renewal & upsells. Own recruiter retention & engagement , ensuring high usage and long-term partnerships. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, EdTech, or recruitment sales . Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing high-value deals . Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation . A deep understanding of startup hiring trends, talent acquisition, and recruiter pain points .

Sales & Business Development
- Own end-to-end B2B sales for Beep’s recruiter platform, closing startup, SME, and enterprise clients.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of high-growth startups and companies hiring freshers .
- Pitch, demo, and convert companies & corporates
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets by executing multi-touchpoint sales strategies .
- Forecast sales goals , analyze funnel data, and optimize conversion rates.
