Job description

CloudEagle helps finance,operations & IT teams save on software spend and helps streamline the renewal and buying process. We have helped several companies like Iceye, Wefunder, Armory save 10-30% on their software spend and hundreds of hours renewing and buying apps. Job Brief

We are seeking proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join us as SaaS Buyer Interns under our intern-to-hire program.

This 3-month internship offers hands-on experience in SaaS buying and vendor management. After the internship, we'll review performance and may extend a full-time offer as an Associate SaaS Buyer based on performance and fit.

As part of our procurement team, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors, helping streamline software purchasing and renewal processes while learning the core skills of SaaS procurement.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the procurement of SaaS tools and services as per company requirements.
  • Research vendors, reach out for quotes, and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Communicate effectively with both vendors and customers to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand software needs and assist in decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor interactions.
  • Support the procurement team in administrative tasks such as documentation, contract repository, platform clean-up, follow-ups, and purchase tracking.
  • Contribute ideas to improve procurement workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or any relevant field (recent graduates or final-year students preferred).
  • Prior buying experience is not required, but candidates must be proactive and comfortable communicating with vendors and customers.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
