• Provide product demonstrations and assist customers in comparing options.
• Manage customer queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, stock checks, and product availability.
• Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to repeat business.
• Meet daily / weekly sales and service targets.
