Sr. Technical Product Manager (Payments)

Client Services provides a world-class service experience to Visas clients that begins with pre-sales and continues through onboarding implementation of new products and services issue resolution and service optimization.

The Services Digitization organization within Client Services is dedicated to automating business processes and making client interactions with Visa straightforward intuitive and rewarding through the design development and delivery of enhanced digital experiences. As a member of the Onboarding team within Services Digitization you will play a pivotal role in driving process automation and digitization of solutions supporting the Licensing Implementation and Testing functions.

About the Role We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy delivery and scaling of an in-house Centralized Payment Testing Platform. You will define the product vision partner with Platform / Payments Engineering to build core capabilities from the ground up sunset fragmented internal tools and launch a secure scalable white-labelled testing experience for internal stakeholders and enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with Product Operations SMEs Engineering SRE Security Data Sales and Client Success to deliver a seamless developer and client experience across payment authorization clearing settlement and dispute flows.

Product strategy and vision

• Define the long-term vision strategy and roadmap for an internally built testing platform aligned to company objectives and payment domain needs.
• Own build scope MVP definition and iterative releases with clear success criteria.
