Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Architect with Lightning Web Components (LWC) expertise, based in Bengaluru.

The Salesforce Architect will design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions, with a focus on LWC and Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, optimizing performance, and ensuring system alignment with business requirements.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, leading technical discussions, and mentoring junior developers will also be part of the role.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Proven expertise in Salesforce.com Development and Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com platform features and architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in the field is mandatory.
• Relevant certifications in Salesforce.com (e., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are preferred.
