We are hiring on behalf of our esteemed client—one of India’s leading Multi-System Operators (MSO) and broadband service providers . They are looking for a seasoned Lead Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to join their team.

🔍 About the Role

This position is ideal for professionals who excel in on-site, client-facing environments, especially in non-IT industry setups , and have successfully led end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations .

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials , with deep hands-on expertise in AP & AR
• Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and Fit-Gap Analysis
• Configure, test, and support AP, AR, and related modules (GL, CM, Procurement, P2P, OM)
• Work with technical teams on RICE components through detailed functional design specs
• Liaise between finance teams and project stakeholders throughout implementation
• Lead CRPs, UAT cycles, and drive effective stakeholder communication
• Conduct end-user training and prepare SOPs / training materials
• Manage full Go-Live activities including cut-over planning and data migration (FBDI / ADFdi)
• Handle post-Go-Live production support including critical P1 / P2 issues
• Ensure continuous system improvement and operational stabilization
