• Project Management : Lead and manage large-scale process improvement and automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive enterprise-wide process mining initiatives, from discovery and analysis to actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify high-impact opportunities and define success metrics.
• Act as a trusted advisor on process improvement and digital transformation strategies.
• Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and methodologies for process optimization.
• Promote adoption of process mining and automation capabilities through training and stakeholder engagement.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior leadership through reports and dashboards.
