Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive – Finance & Reporting to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial reporting, advanced Excel, and data analysis. Experience from CA firms and exposure to book finalization will be a strong advantage.

This is a full-time, on-site, night-shift role supporting our U.S. operations.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and analyze key financial reports including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets
• Work with large datasets using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.)
• Build dashboards and visual insights using Power BI
• Support Finance & Accounting teams with timely MIS reporting and data insights
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data quality
