Responsibilities

Manage large delivery teams and stakeholders across the globe based on the OKRs of the business lines.

Manage budgeting, workforce, innovation and organizational transformation.

Define and implement strategic (long term) framework of the team to be in-line with organization objectives and vision.

Productize service offering and negotiate with stakeholders for transition of projects / processes.

Contribute to innovation forums of the organization and bring-in industry standards.

Ensure viable succession pipeline.

Lead / Contribute to network and global Business Line value proposition.
