About The Role

Position : Deputy Manager – Channel Sales

No of openings : 1

Reporting to : GM Channel Sales, Safe Storage (West)

Location : Raipur

What You Will Do

  • To monitor sales and marketing activities of the area and achieve targeted sales of Gunnebo Products.
  • To increase non banking business in assigned territory.
  • To develop the Sales Strategy for the defined territory & ensuring execution in line with the agreed annual plans and time lines.
  • To explore new growth opportunities for developing additional business in the area.
  • To ensure timely collection to maintain targeted daily outstanding (DSO)
  • To expand our presence in unrepresented areas of the state by appointing new / extending channel partner's operations
  • To ensure the channel partners are achieving their targets and guide them by implementing the systems and processes of Gunnebo.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Qualification : Graduate in any discipline, preferably engineers / Post Graduation in Management is preferred.
  • 7-10 Years of relevant experience in Channel Sales with exposure to BFSI, Govt. and Jewelry Segment
  • Functional Skills :

  • To increase non banking business.
  • To drive the business through Channel Partners
  • Appointments and managing dealers for the Business in the Area
  • To promote business in Institutional Segment like Corporates and Big Jewelers
  • Market Coverage and business volumes
  • To work with System Integrators and Architects
  • Good techno commercial experience in B2B and Channel Sales
  • Behavioral

    High on customer relationship management, co-operative, disciplined with good inter-personal skills, team player and self- driven , result oriented.
