Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Software Developer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI / ML solutions for enterprise healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and predictive analytics, with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver scalable and secure AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML models for large-scale enterprise systems
• Build and maintain reusable AI frameworks, pipelines, and libraries
• Work closely with data scientists and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Optimize AI / ML algorithms for performance, security, and regulatory compliance
• Implement and support cloud-based AI solutions on Azure
• Apply best practices in MLOps , CI / CD, versioning, and model monitoring
• Develop solutions involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, and generative AI technologies
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely project delivery
• Ensure adherence to healthcare data standards and privacy regulations (HIPAA, HL7, etc.)
