React / Next.js + Backend Developer (3–4 Years Experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Full Stack Developer who’s solid with React / Next.js on the frontend and comfortable building and maintaining backend APIs. If you love ownership, clean code, and building scalable apps, you’ll feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.js / Next.js.

Build and maintain secure, scalable REST APIs (Node.js / Laravel / Express — whatever stack you’re using, I can customise).

Work closely with product / design teams to convert requirements into smooth UI / UX flows.

Write clean, reusable, maintainable code with proper version control (Git).

Maintain and optimise existing features for performance and stability.

Debug, test, and fix issues in a fast-paced environment.

Contribute to architecture discussions and tech improvements.

Required Skills

3–4 years of hands-on experience in React.js and / or Next.js.

Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+.

Experience with API integration, SSR / SSG, and performance optimisation.

Backend experience with Node.js / Express / Laravel (pick one and I’ll rewrite).

Good understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.

Experience with Git, CI / CD basics, and deployment.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Knowledge of authentication (JWT, OAuth).

Familiarity with Docker or microservices.

Understanding of security best practices.
