We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who understands performance marketing end-to-end, has deep knowledge of paid media, and can turn insights into measurable results. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact campaigns that drive conversions, revenue, and brand visibility.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Plan budgets, allocate spending efficiently, and ensure maximum ROI
- Manage end-to-end paid campaigns including setup, optimization, A / B testing, and scaling
- Analyze performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, and overall campaign health
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and funnel optimization
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-performing creatives
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Recommend new marketing channels, tools, and growth opportunities
- Maintain a strong focus on driving measurable results and achieving business targets
What We Are Looking For
2 years of proven experience in performance marketingStrong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Display campaigns, and remarketingDeep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and Ads ManagerAbility to optimize campaigns based on data, performance metrics, and user behaviorStrong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to manage budgets, forecast results, and scale profitable campaignsExperience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and marketing automation toolsA performance-oriented mindset with the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsKey Responsibilities
