Public Speaking Facilitator

We are hiring for the morning time slot-

3 AM - 7 AM

4 PM - 11 PM with an hour Break

Responsibilities :

• Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online
• Ensure that students enjoy the course!
• Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
• Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.
• Conduct group and private lessons as required.
• Provide a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications / Experience required :

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's in English is PREFERRED.

Salary Standard for 3 AM - 7 AM

You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs / day

Month 1 : 6000 INR

Month 2 : 12000 INR

Month 3 and onwards : 18000 INR

Salary structure for Normal Hours slots (4 PM - 9 PM,)

Salary structure for Middle East slots (9 PM - 1 AM)

You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 6 hrs / day

Rs : 5500 / - for the 1st Month;

Rs 10500 / - for the 2nd month;

Rs. 16000 / - 3rd month onwards.
