Job description :
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing and communication initiatives for the Railway engineering college. This role helps enhance the college’s visibility, strengthen brand identity, promote academic programs, and engage prospective students, current students, alumni, industry partners, and the community.
Marketing & Communications
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education programs.
- Create and publish content for digital platforms including the college website, social media channels, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional videos.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all communications align with institutional guidelines.
Social Media & Digital Outreach
Manage social media accounts (e.G., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with regular posts, stories, and engagement.Track analytics and performance metrics to measure campaign success and recommend improvements.Support digital advertising and recruitment campaigns in partnership with the admissions and marketing teams.Event Coordination
Support planning and execution of college events, including open houses, orientation, engineering competitions, outreach programs, guest lectures, and alumni events.Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, vendor communication, and event-day support.Administrative & Reporting Tasks
Maintain content calendars, project timelines, and marketing assets.Prepare reports summarising marketing activity, engagement data, and outcomes.Coordinate with internal departments (Admissions, Academic Departments, Student Affairs, Alumni Relations) to gather information and ensure message accuracy.Required Qualifications :
UG : Any Engineering / Science Graduate
PG : MBA in Marketing / Sales
