About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our client with consultant onboarding through the Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS) . The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Cisco, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end consultant onboarding process in Beeline VMS.
• Coordinate with Cisco hiring managers, vendors, and consultants to gather required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Cisco’s onboarding policies and procedures.
• Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records in Beeline.
• Communicate effectively across stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues quickly.
• Provide administrative support to HR and project teams as needed.
• Troubleshoot and escalate Beeline VMS-related issues.
