This role is responsible for sending professional outreach emails, making follow-up calls, setting appointments for the sales team, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Responsibilities :
Prospect leads using email, phone, LinkedIn, social media, Google, and AI tools
Send professional outreach emails and make follow-up calls
Set appointments for the sales team
Manage and update CRM with accurate client and prospect data
Research potential business leads, local events, and partnership opportunities
Engage with businesses on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Share company content and build community relationships
Schedule and confirm meetings; manage calendars
Track outreach activity and prepare weekly reports
Support marketing projects, events, and campaigns as needed
Requirements :
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Friendly, professional phone presence
Strong writing and editing skills
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
Experience with CRM tools (training provided)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
