We are one of the largest networks of rewards with 250 + partner brand associations, 300 + clients, and servicing the top 14 banks in the country, driving rewards disbursements worth INRF 4000 Crores annually. A Digital Voucher gets sent from VG’s proprietary technology every 2 seconds! With our edge in white-label rewards solutions and APIs, we aspire to change the way alternate digital currencies like e-vouchers and loyalty points, etc, are consumed by our customers. Role Overview :

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to lead the onboarding of new brands onto the GyFTR platform and drive expansion into new and emerging categories. This role is critical to strengthening our value proposition and broadening our brand portfolio across retail, lifestyle, travel, entertainment, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Brand Onboarding

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new brands to the GyFTR platform, aligning with our core and emerging business categories.
  • Build and present compelling partnership proposals tailored to brand objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from outreach and commercial negotiation to contract signing and onboarding.

✅ Category Expansion

  • Explore and evaluate new categories and sectors with potential for digital gifting and rewards.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform category strategy.
  • Develop a category-wise acquisition roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • ✅ Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build and manage strong relationships with brand partners at senior levels.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for strategic discussions, new initiatives, and ongoing collaboration.
  • ✅ Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Tech, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless partner onboarding and launch.
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables such as product setup, asset integration, and brand visibility.
  • ✅ Commercial & Strategic Execution

  • Lead commercial negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Monitor partner performance and category contribution;
  • identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

    Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : 5–8 years in Business Development, Brand Alliances, or Strategic Partnerships in sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, loyalty, retail, or digital platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge : Understanding of brand dynamics, digital products, gift cards, and / or loyalty ecosystems.
  • Strong Communication : Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Deal Structuring : Proven ability to lead commercial conversations and close deals.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive category expansion.
  • Cross-functional Leadership : Experience in working with tech / product / operations for partner implementation.
