Job descriptionMinimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL. Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware tools Sound understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and deployment processes. Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar). Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data modeling, and design patterns. Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies. Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect (or higher preferred). Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations or large-scale CRM transformation Strong communication and client-facing skills for requirement gathering and solution Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Experience with Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, or AI-driven Salesforce tools. Knowledge of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Understanding of data governance and compliance (GDPR, SOC2).

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and flexible technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Design data models, security models, and integration architectures between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Manage solution documentation, data migration strategies, and system scalability.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend relevant enhancements.
