About Us :

We are a U.S.-based immigration law firm representing individuals, families, and businesses across the country. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate service in every case we handle.

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Draft and prepare immigration filings (family-based petitions, adjustment of status applications, waivers, asylum applications, motions, etc.) under attorney supervision.
  • Answer inbound calls and emails from existing clients to provide case updates, request documents, and respond to general inquiries.

  • Coordinate closely with U.S.-based attorneys and team members to move cases forward efficiently.

Who You Are :

  • A foreign-trained attorney with an L.L.B. (or equivalent) from India (required).
  • Highly fluent in English — both spoken and written (you must be comfortable on client calls).
  • Professional, patient, and empathetic in your client interactions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases at once.
  • Available to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours.
  • Tech-savvy with reliable internet, a computer, and a quiet space to take calls.
  • Preferred but Not Required :

  • Prior U.S. immigration law experience.
  • Experience working remotely for a U.S.-based organization.
  • Why Join Us :

  • Hands-on U.S. immigration law experience.
  • Training and supervision from experienced U.S. attorneys.
  • Work in a team-focused, positive environment.
  • Growth potential based on performance and commitment.
