Deep understanding of the private wealth ecosystem — including RIAs, Family Offices, OCIOs, and their data needs. Familiarity with banking infrastructure and how data flows between custodians, fund administrators, and reporting platforms. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and comfort with data tools. Ability to thrive in high-volume, metric-driven environments. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Adaptability to new tools, workflows, and client structures. A collaborative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement. What experience will set me apart for this role? 3-5 years' experience in the financial and wealth management sector Relevant experience in fund administration Knowledge of the workings of hedge funds and private equity investor relations Aptitude for building and maintaining client / stakeholder relationships Experience developing operations measurement tools and processes Client facing experience Experience working in a ticketing environment What opportunities for advancement do I have?
