Purchase Manager

We’re looking for a Purchase Manager who believes in transparency, relationships, and ethical sourcing.

What this role is about :

Strategic sourcing of clean, high-quality produce and packaged goods

Building strong relationships with ethical suppliers, farms & conscious brands

Negotiation & cost optimization without compromising on quality

Inventory planning & smooth supply chain operations

Working closely with the kitchen, retail & operations teams

Who we’re looking for :

4–8 years experience in procurement / supply chain (F&B, hospitality, grocery or retail preferred)

Strong negotiation, data and vendor-management skills

A passion for clean food, sustainability & responsible sourcing

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-execution environment
