US IT Recruitment Lead

We’re Hiring : US IT Recruiter (Delhi NCR | EST Shift | Onsite)

EdHike is expanding! We’re looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter who can confidently manage technical recruitment and business development for our growing team.

Location : Delhi NCR (Onsite, US Shift)

Shift : 9 AM – 6 PM EST (7 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST)

Experience : 4–5 years

Type : Full-time

What You’ll Do :

Manage client relationships and drive new business, including identifying new clients and generating staffing leads

Source, screen, and place top IT and Non-IT talent

Handle W2, C2C, and CTH hiring models

Achieve placement-driven revenue targets

What We’re Looking For :

4–5 years in US IT Recruitment and Business Development

Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and CTH models (Direct Client / MSP experience preferred)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Hands-on experience with ATS and job boards
