About the Responsibilities
- Identify existing branch customers who meet Classic program criteria and flag them on the system to upgrade these customers under the program
- Acquire new customers who meet product criteria and flag them on the system
- Regularly interact with the customer to build relationships and understand the profile.
- Achieving MTD and YTD Revenue Targets
- Enhance the value / book size of the given portfolio
- Achieving Top Line targets for various products like LI, MF etc.
- Liability products – CASA, FX, Quickremit etc
- Update any portfolio client related process like LTR and any other such system as informed from time to time
- Handling Service Request for program clients
- Ensure certification of documentation required for opening and maintaining customer accounts
- Follow all NR Desk related processes (like Day Plan, Fee Plan and any other that may be notified from time to time)
Qualifications
Min Graduation / Post Graduation in any stream
Required Skills
5to 12 years of experience in banking sales and with good communication skillsOutbound Sales resource responsible for sourcing Liability business from the marketPrimary focus being acquiring New to Bank customers for the BankStaff is also responsible for fulfilling of leads of Branch Staff and Other VerticalsAlong with Liability, staff is responsible for Cross sell of other products to customer.Adhere to the KYC and AML guidelines of the Bank for Account OpeningPay range and compensation package
