You’ll drive technical excellence across AI / ML systems, collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with business goals, and foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.Key Responsibilities : Lead, manage, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative team cultureGuide the development of robust, scalable ML pipelines and intelligent software systems aligned with business needsOversee project execution, ensuring model performance, code quality, and timely deliverySupport engineers’ growth through coaching, feedback, and career development planningCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven featuresDrive best practices in AI / ML engineering, architecture, and system designPromote modern development practices including Agile, CI / CD, MLOps, and reproducible researchIdentify and resolve technical and organizational challenges to maintain a productive and forward-thinking environmentProfessional Requirements and Expertise : 9+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering management and team leadershipStrong background in machine learning, data engineering, and scalable system designHands-on experience with ML frameworks (e.G., TensorFlow, PyTorch), data platforms, Docker, Linux, and cloud environments (preferably AWS)Proven ability to lead Agile, cross-functional teams through the full ML lifecycle—from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoringExperience with automation tools, e.G.
