Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Analyst - Investor Relations. The Analyst will be responsible for managing relationships with investors, supporting communications, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports for investment stakeholders. The role also involves conducting market research and crafting presentations to effectively communicate key financial insights and strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Analyst Relations and Relationship Building
• Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills to assess and present financial data
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with stakeholders effectively
• Detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving and organizational tasks
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in Investor Relations or financial analysis roles is an advantage

About the Role

Join our global team as an Analyst – Investor Relations, supporting fundraising efforts for leading private equity, private credit, and alternative investment managers. You will work closely with GPs raising capital globally, gaining exposure to cross-border investor relations and private markets.

As part of our Analyst Program, after one year of successful performance in India, you will have the opportunity to relocate to Tokyo and join our HQ team, working directly with global investors and top-tier fund managers.
