Job Location : Pirangut, Pune, Maharashtra

François Compressors India Pvt. Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of AF Compressors Group, head quartered in Belgium, offering compressed air solutions in the food and beverage industry. We are an international team of 80 employees located in Pirangut, Pune.

Role & Responsibility :

We’re looking for an experienced Executive to join our Human Resources and Administration team, with major responsibilities as under :

Recruitment and onboarding : Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies by sourcing, screening and recommending suitable candidates to department manager for open positions to ensure hiring goals are met with best possible talent.

HR Administration and Compliance : Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases (HRIS), ensuring all practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, and preparing HR reports.

Reporting : Prepare HR-related reports on metrics like hiring trends, time management and professional development.

Training and events : Assist in organizing training programs, company events, and employee engagement activities.

Travel Management - booking flight, hotel & car as and when required

Desired Candidate :

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), working knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), excel, word and ERP system.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ready to work in Pirangut location.
