Sales Performance Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Sales and Strategy professional. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling revenue growth, and ensuring alignment across sales and other functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner 🤝 with sales leadership to design, implement, and optimize sales processes that improve efficiency and productivity.
• Drive sales forecasting 📊 , pipeline management, and performance reporting , ensuring accuracy and predictability.
• Provide actionable insights through data analytics, sales performance reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and business objectives.
• Define and track sales KPIs / metrics to measure effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
• Support annual planning, territory / quota allocation , and incentive / compensation design.
• Act as a trusted advisor 🧑 💼 to sales teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations .
