Job Description :

Max Aircon Pvt. Ltd. a leading HVAC solutions provider based in Pune is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team. As an HVAC Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve coordination with clients engineers subcontractors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans including timelines resources and budgets in collaboration with the engineering and design teams.

2. Client Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates on project progress addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

3. Team Management : Lead and manage a team of HVAC engineers technicians and subcontractors assigning tasks monitoring performance and providing guidance as needed.

4. Budget and Cost Control : Monitor project budgets track expenses and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.

5. Quality Assurance : Implement quality control measures to ensure that HVAC systems meet industry standards and client specifications.

6. Compliance and Regulations : Ensure all HVAC projects comply with relevant codes regulations and safety standards maintaining necessary documentation and permits.

7. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.

8. Procurement : Coordinate with procurement teams to source materials equipment and subcontractor services required for project execution.

9. Reporting : Prepare and present regular project status reports including progress updates financials and key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management.

10. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement efficiency enhancements and cost-saving measures within the HVAC project management framework.

Qualifications and Skills :

1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2. Minimum 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry with at least 5 years in a project management role.

3. Proven track record of successfully managing HVAC projects from start to finish.

4. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems equipment and installation practices.

5. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Proficiency in project management tools and software.

7. Ability to work under pressure multitasks and prioritises tasks effectively.

8. Knowledge of local building codes regulations and industry standards.

9. Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is preferred but not mandatory.

10. Experience working with commercial and industrial HVAC projects is a plus.
