What You’ll Do

• Inspire and lead. Guide a team of designers and visualizers, helping them do the best work of their careers.
• Own the craft. Lead concept development and visual storytelling across all channels—print, digital, social, video, outdoor.
• Collaborate. Work side by side with writers, strategists, and marketing teams to create cohesive, impactful campaigns.
• Champion quality. Ensure every piece of creative is brand-right, on-brief, and impossible to ignore.
• Present with confidence. Sell your team’s ideas internally and to clients, making the case for bold, effective work.
• Embrace new tools. Leverage AI-based design technologies and stay on top of trends to keep our creative fresh and future-ready.
• Balance vision and reality. Manage timelines and priorities to deliver on schedule without sacrificing quality.
