Senior Salesforce Consultant - Technical

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on skills and the ability to think at an  architectural level . With AI and Agentforce becoming central to modern Salesforce solutions, architecture understanding, scalable design, and multi-cloud capability are more important than ever.

This role involves developing high-quality components, leading design discussions, and contributing to enterprise-level implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy  Lightning Web Components (LWCs)  aligned with business requirements.
• Build scalable solutions using  Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Platform Events, and Flows .
• Customize Salesforce using  LWC, Apex, Visualforce , and modern web standards.
• Build custom user interfaces, web apps, and experiences on Salesforce.
• Lead and implement  API integrations  (REST, SOAP, OAuth, Platform Events).
• Contribute to  Agentforce (AI Agent)  flows, data retrieval, guardrails, prompt design, and fallback logic.
• Work on  Data Cloud : ingestion, identity resolution, harmonization, calculated insights, and segment activation.
• Participate in architecture discussions around scalability, performance, and data modeling.
• Support event-driven architecture using  CDC, Platform Events .
• Conduct code reviews and guide junior team members.
• Work with SFDX, Git, and DevOps tools for structured deployments.
• Ensure best practices for security, governor limits, bulkification, and test coverage.
