Job Descriptions – PMO Executive / Sr Exe / Lead (3-10 Years)

• Minimum 3+Years of experience in PMO Operations
• The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in project allocation and utilization of resources.
• This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Proven experience in PMO operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Good in Stakeholder Communication, Analytical Thinking and Strong MS Office experience.
• Resource Allocation and Management, Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and resource needs.
• Develop and maintain a resource management system to track resource availability, skills, and utilization.
• Allocate resources based on project priorities, skill sets, and availability to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Experience with CRM Tool and Reporting and Analytics
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into resource utilization, project

performance, and key metrics.
