Duties and responsibilities :
Handle B2C and B2B customer queries / issues / concerns / feedback / grievances over phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
Convert queries / leads into orders
Partnering with new restaurants, event management companies, retailers and corporate gifting clients
Manage customers queries in their preferred language i.e., English or Hindi
Communicate with a premium customer base in an efficient manner
Understand the category of tableware and home décor quickly
Help customers with technical & billing related queries
Coordinate with other teams to make sure customer' queries are resolved
Regular follow-up & updates to customers
Desired Candidate Profile :
Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills
Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
Should be able to manage escalations and queries efficiently
