This role sits at the heart of how the business runs. Finance precision meets operational rigor. You’ll be the engine that keeps processes tight, numbers accurate, systems compliant, and the workplace seamless. What You’ll Own

Finance Operations

• Maintain accurate financial records including payables, receivables, invoices, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly financial reporting, dashboards, variance analysis, and budgeting support.
• Ensure AR discipline including follow-ups, credit notes, and billing hygiene.
• Govern vendor payments, corporate card spends, and approvals according to internal financial policies.
• Work closely with the Finance Head or CA team on financial closure, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Serve as the internal owner for finance tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, HRMS, and expense management systems.
