What You’ll Own
- Plan, execute & optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads for fashion brands (D2C, designers, luxury, the whole mix).
- Build full-funnel strategies that actually convert — not just pretty charts.
- Track ROAS, CAC, retention metrics, and consistently push them in the right direction.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
- Manage monthly budgets, pacing, scaling, and daily optimisation.
- A / B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, not fluff.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algo updates, and new formats.
What We Expect
2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, specifically in fashion.Strong command over Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display).Understanding of e-commerce funnels, attribution, and customer behaviour.Data-driven mindset with the ability to take quick decisions.Experience with tools like GA4, Shopify dashboards, pixel setups, and automations.Someone who can handle multiple brands without losing their sanity.Nice to Have (but not deal-breakers)
Knowledge of Klaviyo / Email automation.Experience with influencer-driven paid campaigns or paid partnerships.Knowledge on On Page and Off Page SEO.If you’re the kind who gets excited looking at ROAS improving by 0.3 overnight, we should talk.
