White Whiz Software Technologies — Chennai (On-site)

We are looking for a motivated and curious Backend Developer (Node.Js) who enjoys solving real-world technical challenges and building scalable backend systems. If you love writing clean code, experimenting with new tools, and working in a team that values learning and ownership, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain secure, scalable backend applications using Node.Js

Develop and integrate REST / GraphQL APIs for web and mobile use

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases and design efficient data structures

Implement authentication, authorization, and other security best practices

Debug issues, optimize performance, and ensure smooth backend operations

Work closely with our frontend, design, and product teams

Participate in code reviews and follow best coding standards

Support deployment, server environments, and release processes

Required Skills

1–3 years of backend development experience

Strong knowledge of Node.Js, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Experience with NestJS or Express.Js

Good understanding of async programming (Promises, async / await)

Strong experience with databases (MySQL / Postgres / MongoDB / Redis)

Basic experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Experience with Jest / Mocha for testing

Familiarity with Git and CI / CD

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker or Kubernetes

Basic frontend understanding (HTML, CSS, JS)

Experience with SASS / LESS

Knowledge of microservices architecture
