Location : Gurgaon Reports To : CHRO / Head – Human Resources Workdays : 6 Days from Office The Head – Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance. Compensation Strategy & Design : Design and manage short-term and long-term incentive programs, including variable pay and performance-linked bonuses. Equity & Rewards Management : Prepare and present materials for NRC (Nomination and Remuneration Committee) and Board reviews on compensation matters. Budgeting & Performance Management : Lead the creation and management of manpower budgets (cost and headcount) across functions. Drive the annual performance management, appraisal, and increment cycles, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals. Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations : Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, tax compliance, and statutory adherence. Partner with HR Operations for smooth execution and audits of payroll and benefits. Lead implementation and enhancement of HRIS / HRMS platforms to enable data-driven decision-making. Utilize advanced Excel and analytical tools for reporting, insights, and predictive modeling. Leadership & Stakeholder Management : Ensure effective communication of compensation policies and practices across the organization. Strong numerical and analytical ability with deep command on data and Excel. Demonstrated ability in senior stakeholder management and influencing decisions. Proven experience as a people leader, fostering collaboration and accountability. Education & Experience Postgraduate degree in MBA (HR / Finance), CA, Postgraduate in Commerce, or Postgraduate in Mathematics. Minimum 15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and related HR domains. Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Diagnostics. Experience in a large Indian listed company is highly desirable.
