Execute, plan, and optimize campaigns across various paid media channels.
Ideate, experiment, implement, and iterate campaigns constantly to continue increasing efficiency and scale while keeping costs in check
Tracking, analysis, and subsequent optimization of acquisition re-marketing campaigns / initiatives on a daily basis.
Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, lead tracking, and other initiatives.
Perform competitive analysis stay abreast of the latest industry trends and product updates
Collaborate with different teams such as brand, product, retail, online, category and other business functions to achieve their respective objectives.
Manage marketing mix towards user conversion and revenue generation
Manage reports within the expected turnaround times set by the channel managers
Keep a close tab on campaign performance
Daily visibility into campaign performance across channels with forecasting what needs to be changed when, where and how.
Managing key performance metrics on all platforms
Manage end-to-end campaign life-cycle
Manage and optimize online ads campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook, etc
Analyzing key platform trends to improve the same
Organizing Fixing Data
Campaign Data Analytics
Cross collaboration Stakeholder management.
Skill required :
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta and Google with proven experience in successfully scaling and optimizing campaigns
Analytical thinking and understanding ability is a must.
A highly data-driven professional with good knowledge of presentation and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Someone who can translate data into actionable insights
Execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
Is proficient in various marketing and analytic tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Adjust, Appsflyer, etc
Knowledge of using Scripts in Google ads is a big plus
Good at managing multiple workstreams / projects in parallel.
Prior Experience : 3-5 years experience in performance marketing
