Job descriptionConfigure and customize Salesforce Billing functionality including pricing models, product Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance, and engineering teams to define and Integrate Salesforce Billing with external systems such as Contracts, Payments, Tax, Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data privacy, and governance standards. Work in an agile environment, managing deliverables using tools such as Jira. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices to the development team. Partner with finance and operations teams to enhance automation, reporting, and analytics Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform, with deep expertise in Salesforce Proven knowledge of SaaS usage-based billing concepts – pricing, product catalogs, invoicing, Strong understanding of Salesforce customization (objects, workflows, triggers, integrations). Experience in integration architecture across Contracts, Billing, Financials, and Payments. Proficiency in Salesforce security, data privacy, and governance standards. Experience using Business Process Management tools such as Jira. Exposure to Workday ERP or other financial systems is an added advantage. Salesforce Certified Billing Specialist Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project delivery. Excellent communication skills — ability to translate complex technical details into business- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
