Roles and Responsibilities -
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and
generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of thecompany
Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including productideation, product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiationAnalyze data to get meaningful customer and business insightsTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesWork closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimalresources

Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicaterecommendations to executive management
Outstanding program management skills (communication, planning, execution);proven
ability to identify opportunities and drive them through to completion.
Drive execution of product roadmap, making smart trade-offs, coordinate dependencies,and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.
Having knowledge and understanding of various technologiesStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the jobSkilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMS / BE degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferredExperience in using AI tools (e.G., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation platforms) and holding relevant certifications will be an added advantage.Understanding of latest technology stacks and APIs is plus
