Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team

Achieve monthly & project-wise sales targets

Handle client inquiries, site visits & closures

Build strong customer relationships

Coordinate with marketing for lead generation & events

Provide sales reports & market insights

Requirements

5–10 years of real estate sales experience

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Experience in premium residential segment preferred

Ability to work on weekends / site visits
