About the Role

We are hiring a Head of HR who is confident, friendly and strong in people management. This is a hands-on role. You will do the HR work yourself instead of only monitoring others. You will also keep an eye on office admin activities. The person should enjoy building a good culture, keeping employees engaged and representing the company in podcasts, events and meetups.

Main Responsibilities

Build a positive and healthy work culture.

Manage full HR cycle : hiring, onboarding, attendance, leaves and performance reviews.

Handle payroll inputs, salary confirmation, compliance coordination and payouts.

Maintain employee database, documents and HR records properly.

Plan company activities, celebrations, rewards and internal communication.

Create and update HR policies, leave rules and company guidelines.

Set clear roles and reporting structure for all departments.

Train and guide the junior HR to follow HR processes properly.

Keep a close check on admin tasks such as office discipline, attendance, timings and daily coordination.

Represent the company at HR communities, events and networking meetups.

Host or manage the company podcast when needed.

Ready to handle HR work personally and not only supervise

Comfortable managing HR plus admin tasks and payroll duties
