We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Agent & Ground Staff in Chennai Airport.

As an Airport CSA & Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of airport services. Your main duties will include greeting and assisting passengers checking-in and boarding passengers handling baggage and providing information and assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist passengers in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and board passengers according to airline procedures
• Handle baggage and ensure it is loaded and unloaded correctly
• Provide information and assistance to passengers including flight information baggage restrictions and airport facilities
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and airport facilities
• Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of passenger and flight information
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as airport and airline regulations Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferably in the aviation industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
