📍 Location : Pune

🔷Role Overview :

Responsible for designing and architecting small to mid-sized solutions, owning technical delivery, and guiding development teams. Work closely with senior architects to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET, React, and AWS Cloud.

🎯 Key Responsibilities :

Design architecture and technical frameworks for small / mid-scale projects.

Create detailed design documents, review code, and ensure adoption of best practices.

Lead PoC development, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.

Guide teams on design decisions, technical risks, and implementation challenges.

Support requirement analysis, estimation, and proposal creation.

Conduct technical reviews, audits, and ensure architecture compliance.

Contribute to reusable components, design patterns, reference architectures, and KM assets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

🔹Must-Have Technical Skills :

C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core

React.js / Frontend architecture knowledge

AWS Cloud (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, Serverless)

Design & Architecture (patterns, principles, frameworks)

API Design / Microservices / Cloud-native architecture

Performance tuning, scalability, and security considerations

🔷 Good to Have :

CI / CD pipelines, DevOps tools

SQL / NoSQL database design & optimization

Docker / Kubernetes

Agile methodology exposure

Experience working with legacy + modern systems
