Key Responsibilities :

• CRM Development :
• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Develop plugins, workflows, and custom components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• ADF (Azure Data Factory) :
• Design and implement data pipelines for CRM integrations.
• Build ETL processes for large-scale data migration and transformation.
• Optimize ADF pipelines for performance and reliability.
• Integration :
• Integrate CRM with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and other protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Data Management :
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems.
• Support reporting and analytics requirements.
