As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a technical leader shaping the future of logistics technology. You'll architect and build end-to-end backend solutions using cutting-edge technologies, working closely with our US team and Fortune 500 clients to transform the global supply chain industry. This role demands excellence in system design, deep technical expertise, and the ability to leverage modern tools including AI to accelerate product development.

What You'll Be Doing

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Design and architect large-scale distributed systems with focus on performance, security, and scalability
• Lead system design initiatives for complex, multi-service architectures
• Create comprehensive HLD / LLD documentation for knowledge sharing and architectural decisions
• Drive technical strategy and make critical architectural decisions that impact the entire platform
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges
